1. About us and our services

Verified Dental operates an online referral service connecting consumers with independent dental clinics that offer cosmetic and general dentistry. We are not a dental practice and do not provide clinical or medical services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ to use the Services.

3. How our referral service works

    • Enquiry: You submit an enquiry and (optionally) provide information about your dental goals.

    • Sharing with clinics: With your consent, we share relevant details with one or more partner clinics so they can assess suitability.

    • Bookings made by us: With your permission, we may book a consultation on your behalf with a partner clinic. We may publish or present member/offer pricing negotiated with clinics. Unless we state otherwise, this pricing covers only the inclusions listed in the offer (e.g., Initial Consultation and 8 Percaline Veneers ) and does not include any additional clinical work your dentist determines you need.

    • Clinical assessment controls final price: Suitability, treatment plan and the final price are determined by the clinic after a clinical assessment. The clinic may vary or withdraw an advertised price if you are not clinically suitable for that offer or if additional services are required. Any additional services and charges are solely between you and the clinic.

    • Who you contract with: Any consultation, quote, treatment and payment for clinical services is between you and the clinic. Verified Dental does not provide clinical services and is not a party to your treatment contract.

    • Deposits/booking fees: We may collect a deposit or booking fee to secure your appointment. We will disclose whether any amount we collect is (a) our service fee, (b) a pass‑through deposit for the clinic, and (c) whether it is refundable and under what conditions. All other amounts for clinical services are payable to the clinic.

    • Cancellations & rescheduling: Unless we state otherwise for any booking fee we charge, cancellations and rescheduling are managed under the clinic’s policy.

    • Advertising & disclaimers: Any before‑and‑after imagery or example results are illustrative only; results vary. Pricing is indicative and subject to clinical assessment and availability. We comply with AHPRA advertising rules and may remove content that risks non‑compliance.

4. Independence of clinics

Clinics are independent businesses responsible for their own advice, care, pricing, availability and compliance (including AHPRA advertising rules). We do not control or guarantee clinical outcomes. “Verified” refers to our internal onboarding checks (e.g., registration status, insurance confirmation, reputation checks) at the time of onboarding. It is not an accreditation or clinical endorsement.

5. Cancellations & no‑shows (clinic bookings)

Clinics may set their own cancellation/no‑show terms. Please review the clinic’s policy before booking. Any refunds for clinical services are handled by the clinic in accordance with the ACL and their terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, including by: providing false information; infringing IP; scraping or interfering with the Website; attempting to access other users’ data; uploading unlawful or inappropriate content.

7. User content

If you upload content (e.g., photos for triage), you grant us a non‑exclusive licence to use and share that content with clinics solely to provide the Services. You must have the right to upload the content and ensure it does not contain third‑party personal information without consent.

8. Advertising & testimonials

We do not publish testimonials about clinical outcomes in connection with regulated health services. Before‑and‑after imagery, if shown, will meet applicable guidelines and include required disclaimers. We may remove any content that risks breaching AHPRA rules or the ACL.

9. Intellectual property

All Website content is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Website except as permitted by law.

10. Third‑party links & tools

The Website may link to third‑party sites or tools we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Warranties & liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees under the ACL. Where liability cannot be excluded, and to the extent permitted, our liability to you is limited to re‑supplying the Services or paying the cost of having them supplied again. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify us against loss or liability we suffer arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you agree we may handle your information as described there.

14. Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms apply from publication on the Website.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
